Give him a normal food in small amounts and in frequent intervals.
Feed same food items (menue) continue for 4-5 days then change the food item for another 4-5days.
Feed with other family members.Serve vegetables alongside foods that your child is familiar and comfortable with will make him eat.

if your child weighs between 8 to 12 kg.
then you should not worry about it.
it is ok for toddlers to do all the things which you have mentioned.
just keep your trying best by serving variety of food items.
avoid force feeding.
limit your child screen time.
