could you please suggest food to increase breast feeding

A. Hello good morning !! For increasing breast milk production include lactating foods - Milk,dairy products, rusk,bread toast,papaya,chikoo,poppy seeds,garlic in curries,garlic milk,mutton kheema . Also increase water,fluid intake which helps in good milk production. Give direct feed the more baby latches the more milk produces.
