Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, for tummy fat you will have to eat right and healthy diet. Also drink lots of water. Include salads and protein in your diet . Drink lots of water.
Avoid sugar and maida totally. Avoid munching in between. Do simple exercises.
For stretch marks, apply mederma cream or bio oil. ALSO you can go for lemon juice. Lemon juice application also help in even out skin tone. Good luck and take care
