A lot of women go through it so you can check with your doctor if you can take us to softener and will you be advised to sit in Malasana in the morning to have warm water because that actually helps a lot in reducing constipation and can you apply castor oil in your name if you do these things I think it will be benefiting but check with your doctor before you do anything
