Copper Ti insertion is a good method and whenever you are willing for pregnancy just remove it and after 3 months gap you can try for your next pregnancy to be conceived

If you want a permanent solution then you can go for copper tea and if you are okay with using protection the other way round then that is also good it’s totally dependent on you instead of inserting any third-party into your body I would say that you can prefer using condoms
