NavyaMom of 2 children4 days agoA. Hi.. please note few changes at home can made to help the kid be healthy. Often change the bedspreads and use clean washed blankets. Let the child get enough sunlight at morning. Take ur kid on a walk outside for few hours. let him/her play outside like indulging in physical activities often. This builds immunity system. Give them boiled and warmed water. Add a pinch of turmeric to plain warm milk to drink at evening. Massage him/her using any suitable warm oil once/twice a week and bath after few minutes. Include lots of vegetables, fruits, dry fruits.. Hope this helps..

You can give steam to the child indirectly and along with that nebulising the child is also going to help and plus you should warm some mustard oil with rock salt garlic and carrom season massage the back chest and throat of your child with that and do hot compress that will also be a good home remedy
