ceralac is good for 7 month baby if it's good which brand or which flavor is safe for baby

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. If given moderately and 23rd times a week, cerelac is good as first foods for babies. Do not overfeed as it contains artificial sugar which is not good for still emerging teeth. You can choose from any good brand like Nestlé as it has varieties ranging from rice and wheat cerelac with fruits and vegetables.

But avoid giving packed food to ur baby as these are high in sugar and calories and contains preservatives and artificial flavours which are not good for babies. Give freshly prepared homemade food to ur baby. Take care
