A. hi yes sure.. it is best to take home cooked Healthy food items. you must take green veggies fresh fruits, nuts, pulses, dairy products etc avoid taking processed oily spicy food. keep your self well hydrated take soup , sprouts , horse gram with jeggary , palak or carrot juice , etc
