ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician9 months agoA. Hii parents Good morning mostly cough and cold are viral in origin need to give symptomatic treatment if cough and cold than give medicines as per your doctors advice if runny nose then put nasal drop ,2 drops in each nostrils 4 times a day
