can you plz tell me the ideal height and weight of 4 yrs old baby boy.. can i use the marketed health mix one for increasing baby weight or home made one

It Should be minimum of a 16 KG at this age so you can include all kind of healthy proteins and fats into your child’s daily diet which is going to be helpful for healthy weight gain and if you need to you can always take a guidance from the nutrition expert as well
