Hello mom ur child needs everything like carbohydrates fats minerals vitamins and protein so there is not any diet restrictions at this age you can give all the healthy and nutritional food to the child like you give to another family members at this growing age make sure that he is doing some physical activity like hanging swimming badminton some yoga Aasan like stretching
