Any temperature above 100F is a fever.Always measure a temperature in armtips only.give paracetamol medicine for baby.visit your pediatrician once .he wull examine your baby in details and guide you in a better way.

Paracetamol you can give and also you should make sure to do cold sponge that really helps a lot in reducing down the temperature these things for instant relief in the fever as soon as you give paracetamol usually fever starts to come down within 10 to 15 minutes if you give the right medicine and right dosage
