A. all kids — regardless of their skin tone — wear sunscreen with an spf of 30 or higher. sunscreen can and should be safely used for children 6 months and older. spf is the measure of how well a sunscreen blocks uvb rays. currently, most dermatologists recommend you have a sunscreen with an spf of at least 30 or higher. at least two tablespoons of sunscreenx, or 1 ounce, should be used to cover all surfaces of the skin, except the eyelids. x there are multiple brand available in india from various good brands and can go for any good brand with spf > / =30.
