Q.

can you please suggest me any ayurvedic medicine as I am mother of 1.8 year old boy now a days we easily get cold once we go out in air I am brest feeding yet

A. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very urseful . Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as perd the symptoms . Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

A. Hi parent i suggest you please avoid windy weather please close your ears with ear muffs please take Luke warm water for drinking please take daily sun light exposure please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug instant senitizer
