can you please suggest me about diet chart for the height . my child is 3 years old.

A. Hello mom height to a very large extent depends on ones family genes. Let the child be involved on some form of physical activity, basically outdoor games etc , also godo quality protein is very much essential too. Such as eggs if preferred , dry fruits and nuts , variety of dals, legumes like channa , rajma ,whole grains and cereals,

A. Hi parent please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc please include green leaf and veggies and fruit and different seeds and nut please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
