Let the child be involved on some form of physical activity, basically outdoor games etc , also godo quality protein is very much essential too. please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc
please include green leaf and veggies and fruit and different seeds and nut
