you can give spinach soup , tomatoes soup , seeds like sunflower seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds , fruits like apple, pear , papaya, plum, pomegranate ,fig ,dates ,nuts and dry fruits especially raisins to your child.
use jeggary instead of sugar while preparing food for your child
