wt is the diet for improving blood

A. If non veg then give organ meat, fish, poultry. Green leafy vegetables especially rajgira, shepu, spring onion, other greens. Beet root, sitaphal. Dry fruits like dates, black currant munnakka, prunes, figs as it is or soaked overnight. Bajra, poha Give whole pulses, sprouted pulses. especially citrus like orange, mousambi, berries, guava, pomogranate Squeeze lemon over Dal and sabzi. Black till chikki made with jaggery, peanut chikki. don't give tea or coffee
