NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you can be using b4 nappy or you fan also be using mother sparsh diaper rash cream which is made of natural ingredients and chemical free and helps to prevent the diaper rashes.. also make sure to use a soft Comfortable diaper like Babyhug
