A. Hai good morning !! Include protein,calcium rich foods for bones,muscle strength . Vitamin D plays vital role as it helps in absorbing calcium to bones,so expose to sunlight ,physical activities like out door play ,evening walks, cycle rides ,yoga ,stretching exercises helps in height gain. Protein,good fat foods - Milk,diary products,dals,nuts,egg,meat helps in weight gain.
