Can you please check what type of rash or allergy caused in the attached photo below ?

A. Atogla you can apply this is looking like a heat trash but you should also check with your doctor if it is some kind of an allergy or infection because on that basis only the doctors can advise with other medication or ointment if any other is required to be used
