can you breastfeed a 1 year old with cracked and bleeding nipples? This cracked and bleeding as he is biting after feeding.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. no you should not feed as it is. Having cracked Nipples you should use nipple shield for breastfeeding for a few days You can apply himalaya nipple care cream or homemade ghee, Which will help Heal the cracks.
