can you assure me that these are pox or not? please? my baby is 3 years old.suddenly from yesterday I noticed this in his palm and feet

right now he has no fever.but he is weak.I am expecting any response from the doctor.

If it is spreading on the entire body then it could be chickenpox and also there should be fever because chickenpox usually has fever when it is there looking at this I’m not certain because it is not looking like chickenpox but it’s better to check with your doctor for clarity
