ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. no no use now ok. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

if necessary you can use it
please take well balance diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep well
please do some exercise and yoga for one hour daily
