can we use salt and pepper for 6 month old baby

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. nope not for 6 month old.. Babies doesn't know sweet or salt taste unless we introduce it. So do not worry the food is bland.
Weaning food must be a single grain food.
Always feed freshly cooked food to your baby.

Yup I’ll tell you what all my Paediatrician told for my own child She said when you do not like to have tasteless food how can you expect your child to eat the same so of course I have used salt and all the spices from the very beginning sugar introduced after the age of 8 to 9 months but previous to that I use jaggery and date set up so you can also use the same but salt should be used in proper quantity as it is required by us
