Can we use Dettol for final rinse for the baby clothes. Or else how to use? How to wash the soiled diaper or cloth?

Yes u can use dettol..
There is no problem in that.
U can also clean with #Babyhug liquid laundry detergent which is mild on babies clothes and tough on stains... Then no need to rinse with dettol..
Wash soiled clothes with this laundry detergent.
Discard the disposable diapers
