A. Yes of course you can take while breast feeding the baby and eat a healthy and nutritious diet and drink plenty of water and take your supplements regularly take care

A. Im Not aware about the things you are mentioning but yes you can definitely use and eat ghee that’s not an issue but I’m still not understanding what exactly are you talking about can you just give me other names for a better understanding so that I can give you much more clarity on that
