Q.

can we start with ceralac for 3 months old with breastfeeding. if breastfeeding milk is not sufficient for the child

A. it's too early to start solid for a baby.. if breast milk is not enough try to supplement by formula milk rather than cerelac. please do contact paed before taking any decision as they baby is too little now.

A. nothing solid for baby before 6 months please. as per WHO the baby should be given only breast milk atleast for initial 6 months. if you are not getting enough milk then please eat high protein diet to boost your supply. if you still have issues then connect with your doctor for guidance. my sister was not able to feed my nephew due to medical complications so our doctor suggested to give Aptamil Gold stage 1 for my 4 month old nephew. he is now 6 months old and he is meeting all the growth milestones well

A. Hello dear parent, you can start with Cerelac after baby turns 6 ml.ths. As that is the best time to begin with semi.solid diet. Or better to first consult with your paediatric and then give Cerelac. Good luck and take care
