#askthedoctor how can I know that my milk is sufficient for my breastfeeding baby..??

A. It is very simple. After each feeding if your baby is not crying then your breast milk is sufficient for him/her. Alternately you can use milk suction pump to measure the quantity of your milk at a time. You can stored the suctioned milk in refrigerator for 24hrs.
