#askthedoctor how can I know that my milk is sufficient for my breastfeeding baby..??

Pratik DebGuardian of a 3 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. It is very simple. After each feeding if your baby is not crying then your breast milk is sufficient for him/her. Alternately you can use milk suction pump to measure the quantity of your milk at a time. You can stored the suctioned milk in refrigerator for 24hrs.
