Q.
Can we start weaning a liitle bit early ,as we know weaning is best at 6 month.But my baby is showing all the signs of weaning like breastfeed more,interest in while others eating,always her hand in mouth,can sit without support.can hold her head also.And now she is 5months 12 days

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. Till 6 months complete only breastfeeding or formula feed should be given
after completing 6 months you should start with water along with Dal water and rice water only in continuation with breast milk
after completing 7 months you should start with Semi solid food like vegetable soup for fruits purry and then slowly move on for solid food so that the babies digestion remains good
