Can we start using belly belt after 3 months of delivery. whether it will work or not.

A lot of women have these confusion that it is going to help in reducing down the belly or something but frankly doesn’t work like that it is only going to work for you to keep your tummy in place help that it does not sag but it is not going to reduce down your tummy or anything
