can we introduce oil in 11 months baby food ?

subravaneeMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. yes you can add oil for tempering dal or while making veggies.if your very concerned then you can use organic oil or ground nut oil instead of the normal sunflower oil.but continue with one brand until the baby is two years.
