can we give yogurt for a. 11 month baby...my elaaders say that curd or yogurt may bring colda n cough.canyogurt be given daily??what amount of yogurt should be given daily

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, you can definitely give curd to your 11 months old baby daily. you can give half katori every day. give it during the day time and at room temperature. curd is a rich source of calcium, protein and B vitamins.
