giving water will not help to increase weight n can leads to water intoxication.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Water is not advisable to be given under the age of six months completion because prior to that whatever milk you are giving to the child has sufficient amount of water into that which is why no extra water is required to be given
