can we give t-minic,advent,monta kc liar kid at the same for 4 yr kid for coigj and cold??

No doctor..i consult doctors and they only give that medicine..but i visit two doctors because of unavailable..first one give Montair LC kid and the next day another one advent and t-minic..and i forgot to ask her can i give both the medicines or not??that's my doubt..and i don't give medicine myself for my kid and i don't want to take risk

it is not advisable to use any medicines without medical consultation because they haxve got side effects.
it is advisable that you should visit your doctor for that.
how to take a particular medicine and the dosage will be told by your doctor.
so kindly avoid self medication z
