can we give paracetamol for cold and cough for babies

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl7 months agoA. No paracetamol is basically for fever so you should give it for fever if your child is having issue of cold and cough then you should give specific medicines for that because that is going to work on the target area how it is needed to be used
