try to give everything in form of purees for easy digestion.
prefer fibre rich diet .
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements

Mushroom is a very tricky thing you cannot be really very sure about it whether it is going to suit your child or not so just giving straight mushroom soup is not a good idea give a little bit of mushroom and see if it is suiting your child your child is not allergic to it or anything then you go ahead with it
