to prepare vegetables soup:
ingredients:
1tbsp ghee
pinch of cumin seeds
vegetables like potatoes,green peas , carrots , cauliflower , tomatoes, Spinach , beetroot etc
water
pepper powder ,salt , lemon juice , ginger
method:
boil all the vegetables
now crush them and sieve them through filter.
don't drain out the water.
now add pinch of salt ,peeper powder ,ginger as per taste.
now for tadka:
take a pan ,add ghee and cumin seeds and once it get crackled then add vegetable with water in it.
heat it for few seconds
serve it at room temperature.
you can add different vegetables as per your choice ,add spicies also as per your child taste.
