can we give gudcef syrup for 35 days old baby more than 3 days?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. under medical guidelines only you cannot give antibiotics without medical consultation. also if it's viral infection or an allergy then there is no role of antibiotics. all infection and illness doe not require antibiotics. also dosage is given as per infection and type of disease. meet your dr for proper advice.
