A. Hello mom it’s is not a compulsion at all to take it instead would suggest you to take easy to digest foods and avoid high flavoured and high spicy foods. Instead use hing in meals and also regular use of ajwain or saunf or jeera water would be helpful and regular burping of the baby after every feed would be good enough
