can we give coconut water to 1 year baby? how much can we give?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician11 months agoA. yes can give, you may give her 100 to 150 ml coconut water will be okay to feed. gi e her 3 meals snd 2 snack a day and breast feeding on demand.
