RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. Yes it is a basic spice that can be used not a problem in fact it has a lot of health benefits it also helps in avoiding gas issues and also helps in better digestion in all it has a lot of health benefits but just give it 1 teaspoon not more than that
