Can we give ajwain & garlic potli to my 4 month bday along with naso clear drops to relieve blocked nose?

Yes you can do it there is no problem in that case if you know exactly how do you need to use that potli for your child then there is no problem and you are anyways willing to use the nasal drops also which is what is going to be beneficial for your child
