A. yea whether the child will have an illness or cough and cold or sore throat with any particular food or not (banana, curd, chocolates , sour fruits / grapes or in case sometimes milk) is totally a individual thing. if there is history of allergy and cough and cold within 2 to 3 hours of consumption of any food and you observe this on multiple occasions then onlyy that particular food has to be avoided otherwise you can give this food during illness as well as when the child is having cough and cold.

A. hello sapota can be given when the child is having cold which s usually not a problem but avoid banana and once the baby recover completely then you can start giving it which is safe and it is safe even now but in some baby it can cause cough
