can we eat potatoes??? after 3 months of baby delivery

A. Hello,your baby girl is 3 months old and if you are interested in eating potatoes so you can eat it very well and nobody would have asked you to stop eating it

A. Yes, you can eat potato after your 3 months of your delivery. It is absolutely normal for both , you and baby. But as potatos as gassy , so it may cause gas problem to your baby. Then if your baby have gas related problems then you must avoid gassy products like potatos.

A. If you are a feeding mother try to avoid potatoes because it causes gas problems or colic pain in babies ..

A. hello, Iam science teacher yes you can eat potatoes after delivery it's a part of balanced diet so not a issue to have it as a part of your meal
