yes you can take
but it is better to prefer natural ways.
I mean,it is best to take homemade healthy and well blanaced diet
take variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc
keep your body well hydrated
avoid drinking RO water
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
