can we add adequate salt in 8 month baby's food?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, you should not at all add salt to your 8 month old baby’s food. The salt requirements for babies less than 1 year are negligible. Salt should be added only after 1 year.
