Hello ma’am One year old child can eat everything that you are preparing at home all kind of vegetables all kinds of parathas rotis dal rice egg chicken fish what ever different kind of cuisines like North Indian south and everything in anything that you are eating apart from junk and fried food you can give everything to the child and just avoid refined flour till the age of 1 1/2 to 2 years
