ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist5 months agoA. Once the baby is one year old baby should be able to eat whatever is cooked for rest of the family. Obviously salt Sugar and spice content should be very less. You will find a diet chart in the Home section of the First Cry parenting
