please offer homemade healthy food
offer variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, pulses, dairy products, etc
keep your child well hydrated
avoid giving RO water
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene.

please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
please give daily massage and sun light exposure
please avoid all packed food and product with refind flour
