Can this be due to diapers or is it normal it is on both thighs , My daughter is one month old

A. This is probably due to excessive usage of diapers a lot of parents use diapers all 24 x 7 can lead to this kind of a problem in the skin please don’t use diapers regularly apply any good cream or moisturising cream into that area without using diapers through and through
